Client Introduction

When you contact NECS, we will schedule an interview and site survey to discuss your specific needs, expectations, and goals for your cleaning program.

Personnel Training

NECS conducts a thorough screening, interviewing and reference check process for all new personnel. After an applicant becomes part of NECS, they are given an extensive orientation and training program.

Training includes instruction on all potential hazards, as required by the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) 29 CFR 1910.1200 and the Occupational Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens 29 CFR 1910.1030. Employees learn the rules and regulations governing their employment and sign non-disclosure agreements to protect client confidentiality.

New employees are also given on-the-job training in the equipment and supplies. Employee are then required to explain and demonstrate the required tasks to the instructor. This approach assures that employees are both informed of and capable of performing the expected tasks.

Quality Control and Supervision

Every client site is staffed by an NECS Site Supervisor. The Supervisor ensures that our services are being performed as scheduled and with the highest quality standards. In addition, we provide a daily diary at each facility where clients can make special requests or comments.

The Site Supervisor is overseen by an Area Supervisor assigned to the client’s facility. The Area Supervisor conducts inspections of a client’s facility and submits written reports to the client.

The Area Manager, along with the Principles of NECS coordinate site visits with an assigned representative from the client company to review the quality of our services, and to discuss any additional requirements.
