The Cleaning & Restoration Professionals
Disinfection Services
NECS performs various types of disinfection services, aimed at the Healthcare, Medical, Manufacturing, Educational and Commercial Facilities which are prone to suffering from a viral outbreak. With the newest, most advanced tools in the industry, we are able to provide a truly clean environment.
Electrostatic spray surface cleaning is the process of spraying an electrostatically charged mist onto surfaces and objects. Electrostatic spray uses a specialized solution that is combined with air and atomized by an electrode inside the sprayer. Subsequently, the spray contains positively charged particles that are able to aggressively adhere to surfaces and objects. Because the particles in the spray are positively charged, they cling to and coat any surface they’re aimed at.
This process is especially effective for awkwardly shaped objects or hard to reach places; the nature of the mist allows it to coat surfaces evenly, and envelope objects—even if the mist is only sprayed from one side. After the spray is applied, the sanitizing agent works to disinfect the covered surfaces. For this reason, electrostatic spray is an excellent solution for contaminated areas.

Buildings that contain rooms sensitive to contamination are perfect for this service. During spraying we are able to use: a broad spectrum disinfectant that will kill most viruses, including the influenza, MRSA, HIV, a sanitizer that is safe for food preparation or child care facilities, or a mold inhibitor in remediation situations. Spraying takes place when the building is not occupied, although immediately after spraying is complete, areas are ready for occupants, as the spray is electrostatically charged, none of it is left in the air. The surfaces sprayed are left slightly damp, to allow proper dwell time, usually 2-4 minutes, then evaporating, leaving no residue.

With the increase in popularity of open-concept office areas, work-places have become the perfect breeding ground for illness. Without cubicles or walls separating employees, a single sick employee can quickly infect an entire office. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that productivity losses linked to absentee-ism cost employers $225.8 billion annually in the United States, or $1,685 per employee.

NECS is proud to offer a revolutionary tool with the ability to disinfect large areas while producing superior results as compared to traditional methods of disinfection. NECS has partnered with Clorox, a company that is known for clean, to offer our customers a proven effective way to vastly curb the effects workplace illnesses.
USING ELECTROSTATIC TECHNOLOGY AND CLOROX 360, WE CAN DISINFECT LARGE AREAS, INCLUDING POROUS SURFACES, REACHING THE TOP, BOTTOM, SIDES AND BACK OF OBJECTS THAT TYPICALLY ARE MISSED IN ROUTINE DISINFECTION SERVICES.
This patented technology imposes an electrostatic charge on the disinfectant. When sprayed each molecule spreads out, looking for a ‘positive’ surface to stick to, effectively uniformly enveloping a surface, such as a telephone or door handle with disinfectant. Using two different disinfectants, one that is approved for food contact surfaces and the other that has 20 kill claims, we can create a program that is safe and effective for your facility.
NECS is now offering disinfection programs that will be custom tailored to each facility to provide essential disinfection services that will effectively disinfect all high touch areas, the most common places for germs and bacteria transmission. Along with an effective cleaning program, especially during Flu season, this disinfection program has the ability to reduce the spread of virus and bacteria within an office or facility.
