Stained Concrete
Stained concrete is a popular choice and can change the look of the concrete. Company logos or emblems can also be stained into the concrete using templates as well as acetone based stains. These logos are stained into the concrete and will exist for the entire life of the floor.

Industrial Hallway, Nashua
As part of a larger project, we continued through-out this building. We started polishing portions of this building 4 years ago and the customer has recognized the value of a durable, amazing looking floor. Part of this job included a large amount of flooring removal (which we do perform!), epoxy and mastic removal; our powerful equipment tears through all this, transforming an old, tired hallway into a showpiece in one weekend!

Although it was a small area, we are always happy to make a customer happy, plus, Watertown has some amazing pizza!
Office Space, Waltham
A high end construction firm wanted a new, modern looking floor to show their customers when they enter their headquarters. Transforming an old, industrial floor into a showpiece, is a great way to showcase your talents and professional capabilities.
Office Space, Gloucester
The customer wanted a high shine on this floor, so we pulled out all the stops, using some new and amazing technology that makes the floor look like a mirror!
Future Office, Cambridge
An old machine shop had to be repurposed to make room for a growing office staff. This floor was ground down to get a nice smooth level surface, removing all of the top oil and paint spills that had happened over the years. There were numerous holes and other areas of damage that were sealed up, using a product harder than the concrete itself. After that, it was business as usual, bringing the floor to a 800 grit finish, ending it with a few coats of rock-solid seal coat and a very high speed burnish; another happy repeat customer.
Indoor Grow Facility, Worcester
This floor was a bit of a different project; the customer was on a budget and their needs were different. They were looking at a cleanable floor that could withstand water damage, be cleanable and durable for equipment to be dragged on top of it. The floor had a lot of damage and was heavily soiled with oil and other solvents. We ground down the floor using our large electric and propane powered grinders then applied concrete sealer in stages.
Coffee Shop, Worcester
Tile Removal & Polish, Waltham
This was a great job to see transformed. From an old beat up floor, covered with failing VCT, we were able to chip up remaining tiles, perform stain removal to remove old oil stains that had penetrated.
Drive-In Bays, Waltham
This wide open space was a great concrete to work with, because of the large amount of aggregate we exposed and polished. Stain removal and crack-filling is an important part of a highly reflective floor, all in our wheelhouse!
Garage Floor, Concord
On this garage floor, we performed a light grind, only to level the floor and create a perfect surface for us to polish. Once the floor was ground down and cleaned, we began taking the floor to a 1,500 grit finish. Having a cleanable surface such as polished concrete will allow the customer to easily clean all that New England salt off the floor! It will be a beautiful floor to park a beautiful car on.
Office Space, Woburn
This floor had been covered by layers of carpet and VCT, we were in charge of preparing the floor for polishing and also preparing another section of the floor for new carpeting. After our grinder removed the layers over the concrete, we hardened and repaired the floor using a two-part polymer that will make the floor longer-lasting but also shinier in the end, because all the pin-holes are filled. Once the floor was finished, the shine was unbelievable.
Art Classroom, Lincoln
This old art studio was looking for a floor was was easy to clean, looked great, but most importantly, will last a very long time. Even though the floor had a lot of paint and other stains, the concrete was ground down to remove the weaker top slurry layer of the concrete, so that we exposed the harder aggregate. After densifying the floor, we mechanically polish the floor to give us that long lasting shine and put a few coats of seal coat on. This beautiful floor will inspire the future generations of artists who do their work on it.
Basement, Boston
This was an interesting floor. Newly poured and seemingly smooth, this floor has some surprises in store for us. We did a light polish in some of the back areas, but due to different types of concrete and different
pours, we had to grind lower to make the concrete look more uniform and remove the burn marks from the concrete finishing. After we took the big blades to the concrete, we exposed aggregate and got all the burn marks out. The result is a beautiful floor that will be perfect for withstanding tough New England winters and maintain its brilliance throughout the years.
